At 7anin, every item is made just for you.
Once you choose your model, size, and color, we produce your order with care and precision.

➤ No returns for change of mind
Because our products are made to order based on your specifications, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

• Change of mind

• Incorrect size or model selected at checkout

This policy aligns with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code and EU Directive 2011/83/EU, which excludes personalized items from the right of withdrawal.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or it’s not what you ordered, let us know within 7 days of receiving it.

Depending on the situation, we’ll offer you:

• A free replacement

• Or a full refund

We only issue refunds in these cases:

• Your item is damaged or defective

• You received the wrong item

We do not offer refunds for:

• Wrong size or model chosen

• Changing your mind

• Returns sent without prior confirmation
